My program has you attend sessions on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of the same week. Monday is an hour and a half preparatory session where I literally prepare you mentally and physically to give up the nicotine on Wednesday. In that session I will introduce you to the amazing world of hypnosis and the power of suggestion. On Wed. you will smoke your last cigarette before coming into the session. I will teach you how to do self-hypnosis in this session so you will have that tool when you leave to deal with any triggers. Friday is a re-enforcement session.
