Smoking Cessation

    Science Magazine states that hypnosis is the most effective way to quit smoking or chewing tobacco.

   At Brigham Hypnosis Center it is done in three sessions on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday of the same week. The Monday session lasts an hour and a half and literally prepares you to give up the nicotine by Wednesday. On Wednesday you will smoke your last cigarette prior to the session. That session lasts an hour, and you’ll be taught to do self-hypnosis so that you will have an effective tool when triggers occur. Friday is a reinforcement session for an hour. Using hypnosis is a fun way to quit tobacco.
